Satellite L640D-ST2N02 is a preconfigured laptop offered by Toshiba.  It is designed to provide consumers with value on while having an affordable budget.  The L640 Series features laptops with 14” widescreen displays.  They have starting weights of approximately 4.8 lbs.

The L640D-ST2N02 runs on an AMD Phenom II Triple-Core processor.  L640D-ST2N02 is similar to but is a tier higher than the L640D-ST2N01 which only runs on a Dual-Core processor.  Model L640D-ST2N02 also has a slightly bigger hard disk drive.

The 14” widescreen display for the Satellite L640D-ST2N02 can support high-definition content.  Built into the L640D-ST2N02 is an HDMI port with which HD content can be outputted to a larger HDTV screen.
